Q. Do I need to book an appointment in advance?
A. Booking in advance ensures that you have a time allotted just for Fluffy and no unnecessary waiting is needed.
Q. How long does a grooming take?
A. Time varies among pets. You can usually plan on grooming services taking up to 4 hours. For more fragile pets we can do an express service if arranged ahead of time. Minor services such as nail trimming takes approximately 10 minutes to do and needs no appointment. Just call ahead to let us know you’re coming.
Q. Does Diana’s apply flea and tick products?
A. Upon customer’s requests we do apply flea and tick solutions. You may purchase it from our salon for a low price or bring your own. The safety of your pet’s health is of the utmost importance to us.
Groomers Certification:
Each pet stylist has completed and passed a full grooming course including technical and safety training. Diana’s safety standards are held high.
